1. Temperature Management
Pleurotus is a moderately low-temperature variety and is extremely sensitive to temperature conditions. The growth of mycelia is moderate at 23-28°C, the mushrooming temperature range is 0-25°C, and the bud stage temperature is 8-13°C. Young mushroom growth is best at 15°C. The cultivation of Pleurotus nebrodensis requires that the temperature be low and then high, and the temperature should be controlled at 8°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 18°C.
2. After-care management
After the mycelium is full of hyphae, it cannot be directly cultivated. It must pass the ripening period in order to produce mushrooms. According to the different characteristics of the strain, the ripening period is generally 30 to 60 days, and the length is up to 80 days. The production cycle is prolonged accordingly. Pleurotus nebrodensis was used for short-term high-quality and high-yield cultivation. Artificial regulation measures can shorten the ripening period. After the temperature was adjusted to 30°C to fully develop the hyphae, the bacterial bags were moved into the 0 to 10°C environment for 15 days to allow the mycelia to develop self-protection under relatively uncomfortable conditions, accelerating the fertility process.
3. Out of bud management
When the bag has a pure white color, percussion sound of hollow wood, high hardness and strong elasticity, the bag will be removed from the cold room and placed in a plastic greenhouse to increase the temperature of the greenhouse, increase the humidity, and give appropriate light stimulation. Ventilation and large area. About a week later, when the micro-organisms appeared at the inoculation block, the temperature was lowered and waiting for budding. Buds generally around mid-November, to maintain the temperature of the greenhouse below 15 °C, covering grasshoppers, strengthen ventilation, pay attention to water management. Less than 1°C for 2 days can form mushroom buds.
