Step 1: Replace the Xenon lamp tool (Phillips screwdriver, gloves, xenon lamp)

Step 2: Turn off the detector power and unplug the power cord.

Step 3: Remove the two cap screws, as shown in Figure 1-1.

Step 4: Remove the top cover, as shown in Figure 1-2.

Step 5: Unscrew the four screws on the heat sink and remove the heat sink, as shown in Figure 1-3.

Step 6: Disconnect the power cord plug of the Xenon lamp, loosen and remove the two screws fixed by the Xenon lamp (Note: the pin of the long screw has been set to a specific position, do not loosen or move).

Step 7: Remove the xenon lamp, as shown in Figure 1-4.

Step 7: (Note: try to wear gloves when taking the xenon lamp) Do not touch the surface of the lamp directly with your hand, and put the new xenon lamp into the lamp room according to the installation position (Note: the long screw should be placed behind the light hole of the lamp) ), fix the screw, link the power plug of the lamp, and put the power cable into the card slot, as shown in Figure 1-5.

Step 8: Cover the heat sink, alternately tighten the heat sink screws, restore the top cover; insert the power cord, turn on the power switch, the instrument starts self-test, after the instrument self-test is completed, confirm that the keyboard is open, press the VP key until the screen displays INTENANCE, press the func key repeatedly until the screen displays D2 LAMP USED, enter the number 0, press the ENTER key to confirm, the timer of the xenon lamp is reset, the xenon lamp is replaced, and the CT key is pressed twice to return to the initial interface.
