4. The RO discharge solenoid valve is faulty and cannot be closed normally. Observe the waste line of the machine. When the machine is just started (RO flushing stage), a large amount of waste water will be discharged. If the water is produced normally, there will be almost the same waste water discharge. , it means that the waste electromagnetic can not be closed normally, need to clean the waste electromagnetic valve or replace the waste electromagnetic valve.
5. The source water booster pump is faulty on the left side of the machine. When the machine is normally turned on, touch the booster pump by hand. If there is no vibration, check the booster pump power supply or replace the booster pump.
two. Prima can't produce water problems
Prima7/15/30 does not produce water and the storage tank is empty for the following reasons:
1. Check the connection between the float float and the main unit, whether it is loose or not inserted; because the main machine is based on the liquid level control of the water tank to produce water.
2. Incoming water system failure, check the water supply system one by one from the source water; check whether the tap water supply is normal; check whether the water supply of the pretreatment equipment is normal.
3. Check whether the water inlet solenoid valve of the machine is normally switched. The method is: A) When the running key is activated, the sound of the water inlet solenoid valve can be heard. B) During operation, observe the internal pipeline of the machine, whether there is normal water flow.
4. The pre-treatment filter element in the main unit is blocked (LC140; Pre-treatment blocked); LC140 needs to be replaced.
5. The RO membrane is clogged, and the RO membrane fouling and clogging in the main unit will also cause this failure. In the case where the cleaning RO membrane is invalid, the RO column needs to be replaced.
three. Prima produces high water conductivity, >20us/cm
Prima 7/15/30, the water quality of the RO suddenly changed significantly, which was doubled or several times higher than the previous conductivity (20us/cm-100us/cm); the possible reasons are:
1. Factors that exclude changes in the quality of the incoming water, such as: renovation of tap water, contamination of tap water, etc.
2. The LC140 has not been replaced for a long time (more than one year), please replace the LC140.
3, the machine conductivity tester needs to be calibrated or replaced, you can take the sample (pure water) for conductivity detection to compare the machine display value.
4. If the exhaust solenoid valve is blocked or faulty, you need to clean the solenoid valve or replace it; the cause of the fault is explained as follows:
*Prima RO must have concentrated water discharged when it produces water. There will be no discharge. The working principle of Prima exhaust solenoid valve is:
--- When opening, the ball valve is opened and the water is discharged normally; RO has no water;
--- When closing, the ball valve is closed, water is restricted to be discharged through the small hole in the middle of the ball valve, and RO has water production;
The restrictor hole in the middle of the ball valve is very small, and it is also very easy to block. After the blockage, the concentrated water before the RO can not be discharged in time, which causes concentration polarization, and the conductance of the RO water production will increase.
2, Option machine common faults
one. Option R ion column LC141 life shortening problem
The DI column life of all pure water equipment is determined by two factors: the quality of the incoming water and the amount of water used! Option R has a circulation (water tank and main circulation) system; so we must pay attention to the quality of pure water in the water tank, so we must control the quality of pure water in the water tank without increasing the amount of water. The following measures can be taken Effective control of pure water quality:
1. The host RO membrane should be disinfected regularly (it is recommended once every three months) to ensure the quality of RO water production; if the machine RO produces water quality
Poor and cannot be improved by disinfection, the RO membrane column needs to be replaced.
1. Whether the air filter of the water tank needs to be replaced, because the air filter can remove CO2 from the air; prevent the pure water in the water tank and the CO2 in the air. (The effect of CO2 on the quality of pure water refers to the chapter of Classic Machine)
2. If the water tank is polluted, it needs to be cleaned and disinfected. If there is unclean water entering the water tank or the water tank is in a bad environment and pollutes the water tank, then the ELGA manufacturer disinfection tablets should be used to clean and disinfect the water tank.
3. If the water tank cover is tight, if it is not tightly closed, the CO2 in the air will enter.
two. Option water tank leakage problem
The Option system is composed of a main tank and a water tank. The main engine produces water into the water tank. When the water tank is full, the main engine stops producing water. If the float liquid level fails, the damage will be: if the water tank is full, the main engine still produces water, and the water will leak. Above the laboratory floor or other equipment.

The overflow port is connected to the "check valve" at the back of the water tank. three. Optional pre-filtering CHN01 does not replace the problem for a long time.

four. Option Pre-treatment LC140 problems caused by irregular replacement

How long does the DI column (ion exchange column) last?
The DI column life of all pure water equipment is determined by two factors: the quality of the incoming water and the amount of water used!
1. The quality of the influent water, including the conductivity of the influent water and the CO2 content (the CO2 affects the pH value);

Ultra influent water consumption problem

1. Ultra has a model with a UF column. The ion column is flushed with about 0.3 liters of water for 20 seconds every six hours, and about 3 liters of water is added for 2 minutes by UF. 2, the room temperature is too high in summer, if the water temperature exceeds the temperature alarm point set by the machine, the machine will automatically discharge the waste, the purpose is to reduce the water temperature; there is no time limit for this waste discharge until the water temperature meets the requirements; the solution is as follows:
A) Improve room temperature, add air conditioning or ventilation equipment; in addition, pure water equipment should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
B) Reset the temperature alarm parameter of the machine. The highest alarm point can be set to 40 °C (the water temperature will exceed 40 °C, the machine will automatically discharge and cool down)
3. Ultra models have two operating modes: intermittent operation mode and continuous operation mode; normal operation mode is intermittent operation mode; if continuous operation mode is started, the machine will work 24 hours without interruption, due to long-term work, pump It will dissipate heat, causing the water temperature to be too high, and the machine will automatically drain and cool down. The solution is to set the machine to intermittent operation mode.
Ultra resistivity cannot reach 18.2 M Ω .cm
The Ultra ultrapure water system uses a two-column series design with water quality and temperature detection probes at the back of the middle column and the end column. If there is no problem with the quality of the influent water, it is necessary to check the use time of the DI ion exchange column of ultrapure water, even if the resistivity of the ultrapure water is acceptable (18.2 MΩ.cm), if the DI column is used for too long or the use environment is too Poor, then the microbial content in the DI column will exceed the standard, resulting in excessive TOC content; need to replace the DI column.
Indirect water acid causes the failure of DI column
