When the punching site is selected, the position of the punching hole should be strictly controlled on the layer of bacteria or the extension of the hyphae. Especially when the amount of the strain is small and the hyphae extension is slow, it is impossible to perforate the hole in the bag to avoid causing miscellaneous.
