SHJ series double spiral conical mixer installation requirements
1. The SHJ series double helix cone mixer is mounted on a tight, horizontal, vibration-free platform with appropriate distances around it for discharge. The distance from the discharge port to the ground can be selected according to the process flow.
2. Before using the equipment, the foreign objects in the equipment should be cleaned, and the rotating parts should be lubricated to ensure that the gear box does not leak oil to avoid contaminating the mixed medium.
3. Observe the spiral steering after turning on the power. Make sure that the double helix (looking down from the feed port) rotates clockwise. When the screw rotates clockwise, the material can be mixed smoothly, otherwise the screw will be broken or even the gear box will be destroyed. (Must be operated in strict accordance with the operating regulations).
4. Test run before starting the machine, first turn on the oil pump and then turn on the rotating motor. After the screw rotation direction is correct, try running for 20-30 minutes before feeding.
5. Note that you must first turn on the machine and then feed it to avoid damage to the screw.
6. Regularly add lubricant to the gearbox. The oil level is appropriate at the center of the oil mark. 40# or 50# oil is used for normal temperature. It is recommended to use 70# or 90# machine pressure industrial gear oil to improve the service life of the equipment.
7. When the reducer is greased, it is recommended to use special grease 2L molybdenum disulfide or 2L2# lithium grease. Grease should be installed in the reducer 1/3~1/2.
8. The gearbox drive head is greased and greased before delivery. Replace the worn iron scraps after 300 hours of use to improve the service life of the equipment. Replace it 3 months after normal use (10h every working day), and replace the lubricant for 6 months after intermittent work.
Double spiral conical mixer equipment operating procedures
First, prepare before driving:
1. Whether the mixed operation of the empty car and the test cone is normal;
2. The pulverizer is 2-3 turns, and the jog operation is normal;
3. Inform the pump room to start the water ring vacuum pump;
4. Check whether there are any leaks in the dynamic and static seals of the cone mixer, cyclone separator, bag filter, pulse dust collector and other equipment.
Second, driving operation:
1. First, 300-400kg of eucalyptus powder is pumped into the cone mixer through the powder machine;
2. When mixing the indigo powder and start mixing, first open the main machine of the conical mixer, then open the auxiliary machine, and the feeding amount of each batch does not exceed the rated high limit line;
3. Immediately notify the pump room to stop the vacuum pump after pumping the material. After mixing for 1-1.5 hours, stop the auxiliary machine, inform the sampling, and carry out the packaging after the content analysis is qualified.
Third, the daily maintenance of the mixer:
1. The bearing and gear life of the machine is generally 2-3 years.
2. Lubrication of cycloidal pinwheel reducer should be checked regularly. The normal oil level is at 1/2-2/3. The new equipment should be changed once after 50 hours of full load operation.
3, check the lubricant once per shift, if the lack of oil in time to add.
4. The gear oil and grease of the main transmission box, distribution box and transmission head part need to be checked once every six months. Add or replace gear oil and grease as appropriate.
5. The bottom bearing of the screw shaft is washed and removed once after 500 hours of operation. (The new machine is washed and washed once after 100 hours of operation). If it is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time. Bearings should be strictly checked for grease.
6. When the equipment is running, the hands, feet and objects should not protrude into the cone to prevent accidents. When the upper part is sampled, it is necessary to stop first. If it is found that there is a hard foreign object entering the machine, it should be stopped in time and then driven.
7. It is difficult to rotate the discharge valve, and the gap can be adjusted appropriately so as not to leak powder.
8. The bottom* adjustment should not be too tight. It is better to have no obvious shaking at the lower end of the tie rod. After adjustment, lock the positioning nut.
9. When loading, it should be controlled below the rated high limit line. Do not overload the machine to prevent damage to the machine. It is strictly forbidden to stop feeding or start full load.
