The so-called start-up difficulty means that the diesel engine cannot start even when the ambient temperature exceeds 5°C for more than three consecutive starts. It is difficult for the engine to start.
Common causes of diesel engine starting difficulties:
1. When the battery power is insufficient or the battery capacity of the battery is insufficient, the starter will be unable to start. The relevant diagnosis is: using the dashboard display on the dashboard of the car or using a multimeter to detect. If there is no multimeter, you can use the honking horn to hear the sound, the sound is small or there is no sound, and the wiring is good. On the basis of this, it may be considered that the battery is low or dead; or if the headlights are on, look at the strength of the lights to judge; or use the positive spark of the battery to jump to ground to judge if the spark is weak, then It is considered that the battery power is insufficient, and the battery should be charged at this time;
2. The oil supply system has a fault:
1 No oil in the tank or the tank switch is not open, the tank is cracked and bumps
2 The quality of diesel oil is poor, and diesel oil contains more water
3 When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, improper grades of diesel and diesel are used, resulting in high viscosity of the engine and diesel fuel. The crankshaft starting resistance torque of the diesel engine is large and it is difficult to start.
4 diesel engine diesel filter plug
5 There is air in the oil supply system, resulting in poor oil supply
6Incorrect fuel supply advance angle, insufficient fuel supply, unable to start
7Injector damage, low fuel injection pressure, oil dripping, poor atomization
8 The high-pressure tubing joint is not sealed tightly or the high-pressure tubing is damaged and it cannot be started
9 The fuel injection pump has a fault: If the oil valve, the wearer of the plunger is worn, the outlet valve spring and the plunger spring break, the injection pump will not be supplied with oil.
