In the maintenance of agricultural machinery, the carelessness of dismantling and replacing parts and missing parts and components caused the malfunction of locomotives. Here are a few examples. Look to the handyman and repairman for attention.
1, leakage installed centrifugal purification chamber screw plug. A newly repaired S195 diesel engine burns continuously. After dismantling inspection, the reason is that when the assembly is installed, the screw plug of the crankshaft centrifugal cleaning chamber is missed, so that the oil leaks out, resulting in burning of the tiles due to poor lubrication.
2. Missing injector steel ball. After a small diesel engine was replaced with a new nozzle, the atomization was poor. Remove the nozzle inspection and found that when the hand replaces the needle valve pair, it misses the steel ball at the lower end of the plunger. Therefore, when the regulator screw is screwed to the end, it can not make the injection pressure reach the normal requirement and cause poor atomization.
3, missing plunger sleeve positioning screw gasket. After a repaired S195 diesel engine, the engine's speed fluctuates. Disassemble the oil pump and found that when installing the oil pump, the gasket on the plunger sleeve locating screw was missed, so that the positioning screw was screwed too deep and the plunger sleeve was tilted obliquely, causing the movement of the plunger and the adjusting rack bar to be hindered. Misaligned, resulting in high and low engine speed.
4, missing gear gear wire ring. There is an abnormal sound in the gearbox of a walking tractor. The inspection revealed that the auxiliary shift fork has been severely worn. It turned out that the main shaft gear was loaded with a steel wire retaining ring. During operation, the main shaft gear moved to the left and collided with the auxiliary shift fork and caused an abnormal sound.
5. Missing piston pin snap ring. After replacing the piston with a small four-wheel tractor, the steel sleeve was broken after running for a short time. Upon inspection, it was the pilot who had installed the piston pin snap ring when assembling the piston connecting rod. When the engine is working, the piston pin pops out and the liner is broken.
