The highest retail price of 15 drugs dropped

Yesterday's Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau press conference, the reporter learned that the Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau formulated and published the maximum retail price of 26 kinds of 118 specifications of alginic acid sodium and other chemicals, the price adjustment range for the "Jiangsu Province Price Part of the drugs in the Bureau's Pricing Drug List (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalogue"). It is reported that there are 11 kinds of low-priced drugs to maintain the original government guidance price, the price of the other 15 kinds of drugs have declined.

In addition to maintaining the original government’s guiding price for 11 low-priced drugs such as sodium alginate, the prices of the remaining drugs have been reduced to varying degrees compared with the original government guidance price or the current retail price of the successful bid, which is in line with the original government’s guidance price. Among them, the drop in gatifloxacin injection and cytidine phosphate injection was as high as 56% and 58%, and three kinds of imported raw materials for ketoconazole lotion, ambroxol sustained-release capsule, and pirenoxine eye drops were included. The drop in the use of common drugs has reached 15%, which is the largest decline in the amount of original foreign research drugs in the provincial pharmaceutical price adjustment process since 2005.

From this month, Nanjing has increased the reimbursement rate for hemophilia outpatient medical insurance. Specifically, the ratio of payment for the medical insurance co-ordinating fund is 85% for the employee medical insurance and 90% for the retirees, and 80% for the residents and other residents. At present, there are only three designated hospitals in Nanjing for hemophilia diagnosis and treatment.
