2. Sterilization and inoculation

2. Sterilize under normal pressure, ensure at 100°C for more than 8 hours, and leave the pot overnight. The bacteria bag needs to be placed gently, and the bag must not be broken, and cool.

3. When it is cooled to 25℃, inoculate in the germ box or sterilization room under the premise of aseptic. The amount of inoculation can be increased appropriately to cover the material surface of the bag mouth. The sleeve is folded and tied.

4. The bacteria bag that has been inoculated is placed in the mushroom shed. The temperature of the culture bag is below 25℃. When the mycelium grows about 3 cm into the material, the holster can be loosened. Perform oxygen aeration, which is more beneficial to bacteria. At the same time, it is also necessary to prevent direct sunlight from entering the bacteria bag. If you find any bacteria, you should seize the opportunity to deal with it.
