1. Raw material processing Main material corn cob, no mildew is required, and exposed for 2 days before use. Excipients wheat bran, phosphate fertilizer, carbendazim, lime powder. Formula: 1 corn cob 99%, phosphate fertilizer 2%, wheat bran 44%, carbendazim 0.2%, urea 0.3%, lime powder 3%, water 150%. 2 corn cob 50%, wood chips 40%, phosphate fertilizer 2%, wheat bran 5%, lime powder 3%, water 150%. 3 corn cob 60%, wheat straw 30%, phosphate fertilizer 2%, wheat bran 5%, lime powder 3%, water 150%.

2. The pile fermentation is mixed on the cement floor. First mix the wheat bran with the lime powder and add it to the material. Because of the nutrients of wheat bran, it can effectively reduce pollution and improve the success rate when mixed with lime powder. Each feeding requirement is not less than 500kg, which can accelerate fermentation and improve fermentation quality. The mixture is best carried out on a sunny day, using daylight to increase the temperature of the material. Add water after the construction, in order to see the water seeping out of the ground is appropriate, then piled up for 2 hours, let the corn cob immersed in water and then turn over, and finally film fermentation. After the pile is built, the activity of thermophilic microorganisms in the feed is intense, and the temperature is quickly raised to above 60 °C for 10 hours. The first turn is carried out. After the pile is re-stacked, the temperature is raised to above 60 °C for 10 hours. Inoculate with a temperature below 30 °C.

3. The vaccination seedling variety is Suping No.1, which was introduced from the Fungi Experimental Plant of Henan Academy of Sciences. In order to improve the success rate, the author uses clinker production. The bag was filled with a 20 cm * 40 cm high-density polyethylene bag, and the wire was tied and sterilized at atmospheric pressure for 4 hours. After the pan was taken out, the temperature of the material was lowered to 30 ° C, and it was inoculated at both ends of the inoculation room, and the bag was shaped like a bag. The culture room should be shaded and ventilated, and the material temperature should exceed 30 °C immediately to carry out the stacking heat dissipation. Usually 20 days or so is full of bags.

4. After the mushroom management bacteria bag is sent out, move it into the greenhouse or cultivation room for mushroom management. Untie the rope of the bag, but do not open the mouth of the bag. After the original base or mushroom buds appear, open the mouth of the bag to prevent the water from being scattered and affecting the mushroom. At the same time, it is necessary to spray water on the floor, walls and space of the mushroom shed to keep the air humidity about 90%. The roof of the shed is covered with corn stalks or straw curtains. All vents are opened at night for ventilation and cooling. The film is heated to cool down before the shed, and the shed film is placed during the day. Conditional ceiling cover shading nets work better. At the same time, combined with night ventilation, water spray cooling and other measures to regulate the temperature inside the shed is about 25 °C to ensure the normal growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.

5, after the soil management of 2-3 mushroom, the bacteria bag is seriously dehydrated, the mushroom is rare, then the soil should be covered, according to the area of ​​the mushroom shed, using squat or wall covering. After the soil is covered, the water is poured once, and after a few days, the mushroom is taken out. This method can be used, and the mushroom can be used for 5-6 tide, and the biological efficiency is more than 150%.
