Second, the handling matters:
1. When the plate frame moves on the main beam, it must not collide or beat, and the force should be balanced to prevent the handle from being damaged and the sealing surface from being damaged.
2. Valves for materials, compression, washing liquid or hot water must be activated according to the operating procedures and must not be activated at the same time.
3. When cleaning the plate frame and filter cloth after unloading the cake, ensure that the hole is unblocked, and the residue is not allowed to be stuck in the sealing surface or the feeding channel.
4. When the hydraulic system stops operating, the long lever of the operating device should be normally open, and the short lever should be normally closed to ensure safety and avoid waste of oil.
5. Install the filter cloth must be flat and not allowed to fold to prevent damage to the frame and leakage when compacted.
6, the working pressure of the hydraulic station rubber and plastic plate frame zui high working pressure must not exceed 20Mpa.
7. The filtration pressure must be less than 0.45Mpa, and the temperature of the filter material must be less than 80°C to prevent leakage and deformation and tearing of the frame.
8. The relief valve of the operating device shall be adjusted to the small working pressure of the Zui used to return the piston.
Third, daily maintenance:
1. Pay attention to whether the connecting parts of each part are loose or not, and should be tightened at any time.
2. Check the working pressure of the hydraulic system and the oil volume in the fuel tank for each shift.
3. Clean 46# hydraulic oil should be added to the fuel tank and filtered through 80-100 mesh filter. It is forbidden to add oil containing impurities or water to the fuel tank.
4. The operator should insist on cleaning the equipment at any time to keep the filter press clean and tidy, so that there is no filter cake or debris around the main body of the device.
5. The compression shaft or compression screw should be well lubricated to prevent foreign matter.
6. The pressure gauge should be periodically checked to ensure its sensitivity.
7. The removed frame shall be placed flat during storage to prevent deflection.
