Tieguanyin
Tieguanyin is a southern Fujian Oolong tea, originating in Anxi County, Fujian. According to "Qingshuiyanzhi", "Qingshui Peak, Yiyuntuowu, Temple Tea Planting, and the air of mountains and mountains are all well-matched, and the essence of the sun and the moon is the best of haze. The food can cure all diseases."
According to the legend of Anxi Songlintou tea farmer Wei Yinxin Buddha, every morning, he will have a cup of tea in front of Guan Yin Tuas and is very religious. One day, he went uphill to cut firewood. Occasionally, there was a tea tree among the rocks. When the sun shone, it was bright and eye-catching. It was different from the trees. Then they dug it back and meticulously nurtured it and picked it for trial production. Its tea is heavy and iron-like, and its aroma is excellent. It is believed that it is given by Guanyin and is called "Tieguanyin".
Tieguanyin's traditional brewing method is very particular about. Tea sets should be small and exquisite, and water is best used for mountain rock springs. The water is boiled. The teapot is first hot. It is filled with tea, which occupies approximately six-sevenths of the pot's capacity. It is poured into boiling water. The lid is covered with a lid to remove the floating foam. Scented and fragrant. Every two or three minutes, slowly pour into a cup of water, each holding a cup, first smell the smell, then taste, slowly sip, then full of delicious, sweet aftertaste. Tieguanyin is known as the Guanyin rhyme, and its entrance is bitter, sweet and fragrant.
Oolong Tea
When you come to Anxi County, Fujian Province, you will certainly not miss a cup of delicious Tieguanyin. Because of this "Longfeng District" with a history of 1043, it is the hometown of China's famous Oolong tea. The county's 300,000-mu tea plantation has annual tea production of 30,000 tons, accounting for 1/3 of the country's oolong tea production and half of Fujian Province.
If you have not been to Anxi County, you will certainly not be able to imagine that this is a mountainous county in the southeast of Fujian Province. It is not only scarce in terms of arable land resources, but also the size of the 4423 collapsed lands. This figure is exactly half of the total number of collapsed lands in Fujian Province.
Even more unexpected is that some of the big tea farms in Anxi have been rebuilt after the restoration of the past. Chen Xichao, deputy secretary of the Anxi County Committee and director of the County Tea Industry Management Committee, took us to a 200-mu oolong tea plantation in Hengmei Village, Anxi. He pointed to the green tea tree and said with emotion that a few years ago it was the largest area in the whole county. It has now become a support for local farmers to increase their income.
"Anxi people treat guests as tea, and one end of the teacup is a good friend." After the tea tasting, deputy county governor and director of the County Soil and Water Conservation Committee Liu Jinchuan spoke of the management of the collapse of Anxi. "Pangkang" is a natural geological phenomenon unique to weathered granite areas in the provinces of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Jiangxi and Hunan. As a result of the long period of gully erosion and gravitational erosion, it was originally a mountainous area with lush forests that became fragmented and gully. At present, the gully area caused by the collapse of the Anxi County accounts for more than 60% of the total area of the county; the area of the farmland damaged by the collapse of the collapsed land has reached 769 ha; the collapse of the county's collapsed land has caused the loss of the reservoir's effective storage capacity to reach 6.5 million cubic meters. There are six reservoirs that are full of silt and are scrapped.
This mountain tea
This mountain tea is native to Yuyang Village, Xiping Town, Anxi County. It is also a clonal variety, which is shrub-type, middle-leaf type, and middle-dental species. The tree is open, the branches are slanted, the branches are fine, the leaf-shaped ellipses are slightly longer, the leaves are thin, the leaves are slightly inward, and the leaf edges are obviously wavy. The teeth are uneven in size, and the teeth are dense and slender. They are somewhat similar to Tieguanyin. They are of superior quality. They are called by Guanyin's younger brother and are one of the four famous teas in Anxi. Mao Mao’s appearance and Guanyin are also very similar, so many businesses use this mountain instead of Tie Guan Yin to deceive consumers.
In particular, if it is Maocha, the mountain's tea stems are thin and long. Because of the workmanship, this mountain tea stem will appear as a phenomenon of “continuous broken meat.†It produces a section of tea stems, much like a rod of bamboo. Therefore, this mountain terrier has the common name of "bamboo festival", and Tie Guanyin is one-fold broken, and the cross section is quite neat, like the one cut with a knife, but this mountain, how do you fold, that cross section will have "beard" .
In addition, the sawtooth of Tieguanyin is blunt and irregular, and the mountain's jaggedness is relatively sharp and regular.
Yongchun bergamot

Narcissus tea
Narcissus tea is an excellent traditional Chinese tea species. It was introduced from northern Fujian in the Qing Xianfeng period to Dingxianyan in Yongchun, and was later planted in southern Yunnan. Yongchun Narcissus combines the advantages of Oubei and Ounan Oolong tea making process, making the tea more resistant to foam, more aroma, more mellow taste, brighter soup color, forming a unique flavor of "Southern Daffodils", and Yongchun becoming the birthplace of "Southern Daffodils". When drinking narcissus tea and boiling water, the tea soup is elegant, like the fragrance of natural orchids. It hasn't been served first.
