For research-oriented talents, focus on academic ability, quality and contribution of innovation, and the effect of discipline construction;

For social service-oriented talents, focus on evaluation of results transformation and promotion, decision-making services, and scientific popularization.

Health and technical personnel are classified and evaluated according to clinical and scientific research, highlighting clinical practice.

For clinically-oriented talents, focus on the evaluation of clinical medical technology level, practical operation ability and work performance;

For general practitioners, focus on the basic theoretical knowledge of general medicine, the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, preventive care and the ability to provide basic public health services;

For research-oriented talents, focus on the evaluation of research and innovation and the ability to transform and apply results.

Full implementation of the representative system

The title review will be changed from “only paper” to “menu style”, allowing talents to do “multiple choice questions”.

The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security said that in the future title evaluation, the representative system will be fully implemented, and the talents can select the representative results that best reflect the ability level, as the main content of the assessment and strengthen the quality.
