Pumpkin base fertilizer is mainly organic fertilizer, with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium compound fertilizer. Commonly used basal fertilizers include manure, compost or green manure, which are used in large amounts. They generally account for 1/3 to 1/2 of the total fertilizing amount and 3,000 to 4,000 kilograms of organic manure per 667 square meters. All or most of the phosphorus and potassium fertilizers are used as basal fertilizers, and they are mixed with organic fertilizers into the soil. In the case of insufficient organic fertilizer, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium compound fertilizers are applied at 15 to 20 kg per 667 m2. Basal fertilizer has two methods of application and centralized application. When spreading, it is generally combined with deep plowing. After organic fertilizer or compound fertilizer is evenly applied, it is repeatedly poked twice with a screw plough to make the fertilizer evenly mixed with the soil. In the case of low fertilizers, it is common to use a centralized ditching method to apply the fertilizer to the sowing line.
