Recently, Kingdee Medical and Fun Medical Network started cooperation and testing of Internet hospitals and palm hospitals in Yunnan and two public hospitals respectively.

According to the "China Business News" reporter, hundreds of thousands of medical experts among the more than 13,000 public hospitals and more than 2 million professional doctors in the country are the first target resources for mobile medical enterprises.

Behind these companies are standing capitalists such as Jingdong and DST, Tiger Fund and Honghui Capital and Softbank China.

Capital war

"Internet + medical" is considered to be the last "gold mine" in the Internet industry, and the hospital has become a "mineral resource" for all the capital to snatch.

On the morning of May 20, Kingdee Medical teamed up with the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University (Yanda Hospital) to announce the official launch of its Patient Mobile Service Platform.

According to reports, patients only need to pay attention to the "Kunming Medical University First Affiliated Hospital" in the Alipay service window, and can access and obtain the full-process medical and health services from outpatient to inpatient.

Wang Kunhua, dean of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, said that the mobile Internet hospital is an inevitable trend, and really opened up the "last mile" of contacting and serving the masses.

On this day, Fun Medical Network and Qujing Hospital affiliated to Kunming Medical University jointly launched the Qujing Station project of the App Hospital of the Fun Hospital, and Yunda Hospital cooperated with the Fun Medical Network to access the Internet Hospital.

Previously, registered mobile medical service platforms such as registered network and Chunyu doctors quickly seized the market, and network giants such as BAT also entered the mobile medical field. Fun Medical Network seized the source from the hospital channel through the “free registration” fee. It is said that it will break through 2,000 hospitals in 2015, and the source target is 100 million people. Li Zhi, chairman of the company, said that the importance of the "source" is that it can play a role in attracting users. Once a patient makes an appointment at a medical facility or service platform, the next follow-up service will not change the platform. After the platform is bundled as a hospital resource at the "B" end, it will attract a large number of "C" end users, and third-party cooperative institutions such as insurance companies and pharmaceutical e-commerce will enter the market, and ultimately realize the platform profit.

It is said that the future profit model of the industry has a very strong relationship with the B-end customers. Who can have more B-side resources, who can win future competition.

However, because there is no third-party industry organization representing hospitals in China, this means that companies such as Fun Medical Network and Kingdee Medical must have a hospital to face-to-face negotiations, and competitors' "short-handedness" is inevitable.

It is understood that there are currently about 13,000 public hospitals in China with about 2 million practicing doctors. The vast majority of doctors and experts are concentrated in large and medium-sized public hospitals, and public hospitals have become the target resources for capital grabbing.

This means that there will be more mobile medical companies such as Kingdee Medical and Fun Medical Network in the same region, the same system and the same hospital, at the same time began a confrontation. Some insiders said that whoever has the large amount of resources and the number of users will win the market.

In the eyes of investors, robbing B-side (hospital) resources is to rob doctor resources. "The doctor has the world" because the doctor has absolute influence on the patient, especially the specialist doctors of various specialties.

Chen Yufeng, founder of Mobile Medical U Sugar, believes that in the mobile medical field, doctors are a key part of the entire business model. For example, patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure have high loyalty to doctors. Only looking for a chief physician in a top three hospital will bring a large number of users. With 200 million diabetes and 200 million hypertensive patients in China, the “doctor entrance” model shows great commercial potential.

According to reports, most mobile Internet medical companies are involved in the business process reengineering and related business of mobile Internet hospitals. According to reports, as of May 20, 2015, Kingdee Medical has signed a contract with more than 120 hospitals across the country to create a mobile Internet hospital. The cumulative number of users exceeds 520,000, the cumulative number of transactions exceeds 1.13 million, and the transaction amount exceeds 47.3 million yuan.

In fact, the transformational benefits of the business and service model brought by mobile Internet hospitals are valued by mobile medical companies, and the huge business opportunities of mobile Internet hospitals have also attracted capital. For example, Jingdong Group recently reached a cooperation agreement with Kingdee Group. Jingdong will invest 1.3 billion Hong Kong dollars in cash (about 171 million US dollars) to subscribe for about 10% of Kingdee.
