First, the operating instructions of the fryer:

1. Put the equipment in a positive position so that the body is smoothly placed on the ground and the surface protective film is removed.

2. Connect the power supply to the equipment according to the electrical schematic.

3. The housing must be grounded before working.

4. Please clean the inside of the pot before using for the first time. Close the drain valve, open the drain valve, add water to the pot body until the drain valve overflows, and close the drain valve.

5, according to the requirements to add cooking oil, the oil surface is at least not less than 50mm heating tube.

6. Turn on the main power switch, turn the knob to the on position, and the power indicator will light.

7. After setting the operating temperature, the fryer can work normally.

Second, the use of frying machine notes:

1. Wiring in strict accordance with the electrical schematic diagram, the outer casing must be grounded. The leakage circuit breaker must be connected to the front of the main power line. Do not touch electrical components with electricity.

2. Before the power is turned on, it is necessary to add water and oil to the pot body to avoid burning the heating tube.

3. Do not add water during work. If the oil temperature is higher than 80 degrees, do not replace the internal water.

4. Oils with too high moisture content and easy foaming cannot be used in this equipment.

5. Change the water once a day in the summer and replace it regularly according to the water quality in winter. The heating tube must be immersed in the medium to work.

6. In the course of work, if you put in food with a large water content or load too much food at a time, it will cause boiling. The operator must pay attention to avoid being burnt by the overflowing high temperature oil.

7. When the water level in the pot is too high, the excess water must be discharged through the oil drain pipe to prevent oil spillage.

8. Set the temperature to be lower than 230 degrees. When the operator leaves, be sure to cut off the power.

9. The equipment should be serviced at least once a month, and the heating pipe should remove the surface pollutants in time.
